Oander’s role included: scoping the works, tendering and contract award recommendation / award and subsequent client representation to administer the construction contract and oversee the implementation stages of the project.
The work to the Conifers Building, Caterham Dene Hospital consisted removal of the existing asbestos soffit cladding, and rotten timber facias and replacement with a more modern ‘Marley Eternit Cedral Weatherboard’ system.
Works completed whilst the hospital remained in operational use throughout.
