The Oander team consists of highly experienced construction professionals, project managers and quantity surveyors who have worked for leading construction contracting and development businesses, both within the UK and internationally. This provides us with greater insight and ensures successful delivery and accurate cost forecasts.
Oander was incorporated in January 2013 by Managing Director, Ben Davies, who takes an active, hands-on role in managing both the business and live projects.

Traditional Consultancy
We represent, manage and deliver the capital works, investment and facilities management of a range of clients operating in both the public and private sector.
Oander provides the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent and Building Surveying. Working closely with our partners, we also undertake and deliver the complete, multi-disciplinary package including Architectural, Structural and MEP Design.
Contract Advisory and Dispute Resolution
Our blend of legal and construction knowledge enables us to provide pragmatic, practical and realistic advice to the construction industry. We advise on contractual obligations and how to manage the corresponding risk, as well as supporting contractors on maximising their entitlement through correct contract administration and knowledge. We also represent, lead and manage disputes to ensure they are resolved constructively and through the appropriate contractual channels, including adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation.
Contractor Support
Working with those directly responsible for delivering construction works, such as specialist trade contractors, main contractors, construction managers and self delivering developers, Oander provides the full spectrum of commercial and project management support. This means we are able to supplement and support the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract functions such as estimating, claim and dispute resolution, measurement and schedules, change control, and seconded commercial staff.
