Multi-disciplinary Consultancy, Oander has been appointed by Crawley Borough Council to support the Council across their multi-million regeneration and housing programmes.
The award will see Oander partner with Crawley Council for the next three years, with the option for a two-year extension, with a potential spend in excess of £500,000.
The Partnership will see Oander provide Principal Designer and Clerk of Works roles, along with other support services as and when required across their capital works programme. Along with Oander’s appointment, the Borough Council have appointed Keegan’s and Project Centre to the Partnership too.
As part of the Partnership, this will see the team work on key projects such as new housing in Shackleton Road and Breezehurst, plus infrastructure improvements to Goffs Park, Little Trees Cemetery, Three Bridges Station, and Western Boulevard.
It will also include the various watercourses for which the Borough Council has responsibility and be part of the works undertaken in Crawley Homes properties, such as fitting new kitchens and bathrooms to the Council’s 8,000 plus homes under their ownership and management.
