As the Estates framework Project Manager, and additionally fulfilling the role of Principal Designer under CDM, Oander were responsible delivering an optimum design solution for this scheme to refurbish this property and generate maximum return on investment for our client.
Oander’s commission extended the full project lifecycle through feasibility optioneering, concept and detailed design, construction and handover / close out.
The selected scheme option involved a ground floor rear extension to this mid terraced cottage requiring planning consent and building regs approvals.
Scope of services included all design, tendering, contract administration, representing our client during the construction phase and ensuring delivery on time and budget.
Works included liaising with the Estate Trustees to agree scope and to progressively assure through the project lifecycle.
