Milestone Reached with Residential Reinstatement Project at Rowe Court, Reading

Oander are pleased to update that the reconstruction of the Rowe Court apartment block in Reading has achieved its latest milestone with the completion of the structural steel frame.  

Following a devastating fire, the original building was destroyed, which required re-construction of the 24 apartments on behalf of the insurer.

This fast-track project which is under construction via a design and build procurement route will see a combination of one and two bed duplex style apartments, and is due for completion mid next year. With the steel frame now constructed, the concrete floor planks will be lifted into position and the building envelope and roof construction will commence forthwith.
