It is with great delight that Oander announce we have been successfully appointed to a four-year, Professional Services Framework with the South East Coast Ambulance Service, an NHS Foundation Trust known locally as SECAmb.
With proven experience of delivery across healthcare estates and capital works projects, Oander have been appointed to all four lots of the professional services framework which include the following:

3. Quantity Surveying
4. Principal Designer
Proud To Be Working With The Emergency Services To Improve Services and Facilities
SECAmb provides urgent emergency care to a diverse community which covers 3,600 square miles from North East Hampshire through Sussex, Surrey and Kent. With over 3,400 staff delivering services from various Ambulance Stations, regional offices and Make Ready Centres they provide a vital service to those requiring support. SECAmb also operate a number of Emergency Call Centres, taking 999 calls and providing patient transport services.
The purpose of the professional services framework is to give SECAmb access to a shortlist of pre-audited, experienced professionals in the built environment as they develop, modify and maintain their estate. One area of key focus is the transition and development of the innovative Make Ready Centre programme which will provide key infrastructure to the extensive fleet they operate.
Oander’s Services Can Now Be Called Upon By 13 Regional Ambulance Services
Whilst SECAmb are the primary lead within the framework, the framework is also open to be utilised by all 13 regional Ambulance Services within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The successful appointment to the professional services framework is testament to Oander’s experience with working on blue light projects. Over the years Oander has successfully delivered numerous projects for the NHS and a number of its trusts.
